SugarGrave.com works with Printify.com. a print-on-demand company, meaning that all our products are unique and only produced  once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size or, color, or simply changed their mind.

In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, SugarGrave.com offers a free replacement or refund within 30 days of product delivery. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame.

Our shipments 100% secure, so if the shipment does not arrive within 30 days. we will refund you 100% your money.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
